https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2atnDVk4i4 Ingredients: 100g mochi 240g milk of your choice(I used soy milk) - usar extrato de soja 30g pine nuts - não usar 60g oil - usar canola 3/4 tsp salt 34/ tsp(3g) agar powder - usar 5g 80g tapioca starch(other starch powder can be substitution) - usar goma de tapioca adicionar orégano pq orégano faz tudo lembrar queijo Instructions: 1. cut mochi into small pieces. warm it up with milk until the mochi softens(you don't need to boil it.) 2. put all the ingredients except for tapioca starch into blender container. then blend well. 3. mix tapioca starch and pour the mixture into a container. 4. steam for 15 - 20 minutes. 5. chill, slice then use it just like ordinary cheese.
